No Returns or Exchanges Policy
Due to the nature of our website providing thousands of variations like different bolt patterns, thickness size, stud size, center bore size, etc., keep in mind we do NOT stock all these items as it will be impossible to stock all variation styles. We take pride in manufacturing high-quality wheel adapters and spacers to meet the needs of our customers. However, please be aware that all of our products on this website and every purchase is considered CUSTOM and non-returnable unless they are defective or built incorrectly, you have 15 days to make a claim. We can not accept returns or exchanges due to customer error and we can not be held liable.
We understand that ordering the right product can be challenging, so we encourage our customers to do their research before placing an order. If you have any questions about our products or need assistance with your order, please feel free to contact us. However, please note that we are a manufacturing company and may have limited knowledge of specific vehicles or applications and can not give recommendations.
In some cases, we may offer a return or exchange if the wheel adapter is pulled from the shelf and/or is a common wheel adapter. However, a 30% fee will be applied, and the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.
We reserve the right to determine wether a product is considered Common, From Shelf or Made to Order and we can accept or deny return.
If you're working on something custom yourself like on a truck, car, hotrod, etc., you agree you take all responsibility on researching wheel adapters/spacers before ordering. You agree that Custom Wheel Adapters is soely the manufacturer and not the technician on making sure the adapters work for you and can not provide any recommendations. Buyer takes full responsibility.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all product descriptions and are 100% sure of what you are ordering. You also agree that you understand policy written above, take full responsibility of the purchase, understand that every product is considered CUSTOM, and CAN NOT hold us liable for the buyers mistake upon ordering. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Refunds (if applicable)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Items may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase. Items must be brand new in package and in re-sellable condition. Item can be exchanged for same item or an item of similar value, and a 30% exchange fee will be charged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and re-stocking fee of 30%. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund + the re-stocking fee.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
